The Long Twilight Struggle is a newsletter where I share links and comments about current events, democracy, justice reform, sports, science, culture, and other things I find interesting.

I share my analysis of what is happening and what we can do in the struggle to protect our democracy. I also try to mix in some thoughts about sports, science, culture, and criminal justice reform.

I believe the United States’ democracy is in crisis. We are facing a deluge of bad news. But I know that I am not alone in this struggle.

And I am not willing to lose the possibility of hope.
